Morgan finished up her four week music class last night. It was fun having the one-on-one time with her. She loved having her special time too. She knows Molly has ballet class once a week so she would ask when her next music class is....we'll see if she's sad next week when she doesn't have class anymore.
There were about 12 kids in her class. She didn't know anyone and was fairly shy. She was brave enough to leave my side to collect and return materials such as shakers, rhythm sticks, and paintbrushes to her teacher. She does not like the parachute. Most of the kids sat in the middle and the parents pulled them around in a circle, or they would go underneath and the parents would put it on top of them and then pull it off quickly.....Morgan wanted nothing to do with that craziness. She was fine just watching from a safe distance.
Her favorite song from class is "Slippery Fish" and her favorite activity is using the real paintbrushes to pretend paint mommy. Last night she painted my belly brown and my head white and then told me I was dirty and needed to take a bath~~~gotta love the 2 year old!
