Newsies

Molly and I went to see Newsies!  One of the main songs from Newsies "Seize the Day" was a song that Molly performed in her recital last year.  Her 'costume' for that song was a newsie and they used newspapers for props.  Plus, love me some live dancing and singing!

Back to School Ya Go!

It appears that Taylor has had a growth spurt compared to her sisters.

Morgan has two teachers this year as part of a 'personalized learning community' model.  She thought it was pretty neat that she gets to have both Taylor's  (Mrs Statz) and Molly's (Mrs Wheeler) ex-teachers.

Lacey has Mrs. Steel this year.  Mrs. Steel was Taylor's teacher when she was in second grade and before she was married (Miss Yingling).  We also happen to know Mrs Steel because we took care of her first little in our inhome daycare.  She admits to slipping up and accidentally calling Lacey "Missy".  We'll blame it on the 'baby brain".  Baby #3 is due to arrive in the middle of the year~can't wait to meet her!
