Our incredibly mild March (all winter, really) has brought us May flowers in March...and the ground is so soft that with the rain today came the worms.
With our worm watching tools in hand we pounded the pavement.
Lacey is holding her hand out for the worm to crawl into...we waited...*crickets*
Eventually, she was brave enough to pick one up.
And then she thought she would put it in her pocket.
I convinced her to leave it for the birds to snack on~so glad it won't be going through my washing machine!~
