Morgan turned 3!

So I started making some cupcakes and got called away from the kitchen (crisis elsewhere in the house *sigh*). I could hear Morgan entering the kitchen and delighted to see a mixing bowl next to a box of cupcake mix. I could hear her looking through the drawers and then heard.....

"Mama, I found a spoon!"

Entering the kitchen I found her stirring with this....an icecream scoop. I had to pause/grab the camera/and then laugh. It is a spoon. To a 3-year-old a spoon is a spoon.So instead of correcting her I let her stir the cupcakes with an icecream scoop...

why the heck not!
